Assembly
(Small or Large)
We possess special tools to expedite assembly of desks, tables, beds, patio equipment, other furniture, tread mill, eliptical, power tower/ nautilus machine, stair-stepper, stationary bicycle, any size play sets, plastic sheds, and much more!
Minor Plumbing Related
Garbage disposal replacement/ evaluations, minor clogged sinks, leaking under sink, leaking/ dripping faucets, toilets/ toilet controls adjustment, etc.
Minor Electrical Related
Replacement of outdoor or indoor light(s), fans, switch/ outlet receptacle to different color or style, seasonal lights, etc.
Minor Painting Related
Small painting jobs such as bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. that only include one or two rooms, touch-ups to interior/ exterior areas.

Fences, gates, seasonal decorations, gutter cleaning, install doggie doors (stucco, etc), sprinklers, drippers, weather stripping, door screen/ window screen replacements, watering timers, mowing/ blowing, small rock upgrades etc, pulling weeds, changing auto lights (headlight/ tail light), changing air filters, etc.
WHAT WE DON'T DO

We do NOT do major electrical work or installing new wires through attics, trouble-shooting, etc.

We do NOT build full backyard fences, but repair or build smaller portions

We do NOT do work on top of tile roofing or high on ladders such as two story homes, etc.

We do NOT paint entire inside or outsides of homes

We do NOT deal with mold, asbestos, popcorn ceilings, framing or structural work (such as replacing dry rot eves), or major flooding

The ONLY carpet or flooring we do is in closets or very small rooms

We do NOT deal with plumbing under the house, etc.

We do NOT install kitchen countertops, etc. & only in some instances install certain sinks

We do NOT install wall paper

We do NOT lay medium or large areas of concrete

We do NOT contribute smaller portions of larger home renovations
